POLICIES AND RULES

I GENERAL: Members of Tamarack Mountain Owners Association (TMOA) , who have paid the current annual dues and assessments, may use the Association facilities listed below:

Boat ramp and parking lot in Section 1

Fishing dock in Section 1

Swimming pool in Section 1
-
Bathhouses in Section 1 and II
-
Pavilion and parking lot in Section 1
-
Parks and playgrounds in Section 1 and II
-
RV Dump Station at bathhouse in Section II
-
Tractor and/or attachments (rental fee required}
-
Trash collection facilities (included in dues).
II POLICY: The above facilities are maintained by TMOA dues and assessments and use is limited to members and guests with current year’s decals displayed on vehicles.
III RULES FOR USE OF VARIOUS FACILITIES:

Boat Ramp: For loading and unloading only

Boat Ramp Parking Lot: Vehicles and trailers associated with launching or members using fishing dock. Boat trailers are not to be left for extended time. Camp trailers may not be parked on lot. No personal vehicle parking.

Fishing Dock: For members and their guests for fishing. Boats loading and unloading passengers have a 15-minute time limit.

Swimming Pool: Current members and guests only. Pool rules are posted and will be enforced. No alcohol allowed.

Bathhouses: Current members and Guests only. Please notify Office (325-203-1931) for repair or supplies

Pavilion and Park Areas: Current members and guests only. May not be reserved. No alcohol allowed.

Parks and Playgrounds: Current members and guests only. No alcohol allowed.
IV ADDITIONAL RULES:

Pets: Control of pets is the responsibility of each member. Pets must be on leash or within a fenced area. All pets must have current rabies vaccination

Trash: Limited use only. No grass, limbs, leaves, tires, batteries, paints, building material, furniture, or dead animals. Reduce waste to the smallest size and break down boxes.

Firearms: Use of firearms is prohibited by Law.

Waste Disposal: Must be in compliance with Brown County Water District.

Special Events: Members having special events such as reunions or large groups should notify Office. Members are responsible for actions of or damage caused by guests. Control of minors and/or guest is mandatory.

Roadways: NO ROUTINE HEAVY TRUCK TRAFFIC: Use of all large vehicles on roads should be limited.

Guest Policy: Members are responsible for the control and actions of their guests.

Vicious and Dangerous Dogs: No vicious or dangerous dogs are allowed in TMOA.
